The purpose of NJROTC is to develop informed, and responsible citizens through a military setting. By weekly uniform inspections, military drill and physical training, we develop cadets with discipline, dedication, and a pride unmatched by other school activities. Through advancement opportunities and service in leadership positions, cadets learn leadership, followership, and above all teamwork. Cadets who are on the competitive teams have the chance to sharpen their teamwork skills, develop lasting friendships and work in a highly competitive but still friendly environment.
